modoptions/inc/plugins/ how do I put this on my forum to make it a plugin?

And just upload the file to the ./inc/plugins/ folder in your file manager I assume...

Are you still hosted by CreateBB? If you are then you can't upload anything.

Yeah. You just need to find a webhost, upload the files, and install MyBB.
