I'm really only saying what I expect others will say eventually...
- That landing page is way too bland and boring
- Default theme (as usual )
- General forums never really go far as has been said a few times
- Header logo is bad
- What does an 'elite member' really get?? Not sure what people will do with these:
- Instant Access to Elite Forum
- Bypass Calendar Moderation Queue
- Elite Member Services
- Do you really need staff right now??

That's all very nice, but I don't like the logo.
I could design for you, but the theme you currently have would be hard to get a logo for.
I don't really think general topic forums can actually be really popular as there are already a million of them.
Try limiting your to just one topic.
