There are many many flaws in this:
1) It's not really a job
2) You can't get people to post just like that, try adding a theme
3) Try finding a logo.
4) If you really want someone to post on your forum, have some content.

6) That's a long URL..
WOW, why is anyone going to join a site where the owner can't even be bothered to make a logo or change the theme.
