if i try to attach any file onto my web it says

The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again. Error details: The attachment could not be found on the server.

P.S.: i just uploaded google seo 1.0.1 and made some changes to functions.php, if that might be affecting it

I saw this problem one time, i think he needs to reupload the attachments.php, not to sure though.

You said you uploaded the inc/functions.php. Do you mean you uploaded ./attachment.php?

i reuploaded the root/attachment.php file but still the same error
