The View New Posts link is right below the advertisement in the Board Statistics. Not the best place for it, but I'll try and find a new place.
You said you wanted a theme that isn't overused, Blogreen is over used however good luck with this forum, hopefully this board has something unique compared to the other admin boards out there.
