hello

i have uploaded all files of shoutbox in plugins,jscripts and images in my ftp and also activated it.

but shoutbox dosent appears in main index page,into forums etc

help me please

What shoutbox are you trying to install?

I suggest the Spicefuse AJAX Shoutbox instead.

is any something wrong in that ajaz shoutbox?bcoz i already installed it

The shoutbox I suggested is way easier and achieves the same thing, with less hassle.

i m going to deactivate previous shoutbox and then i will delete old shoutbox file and then i will upload new files and then i will active it

Make sure <sf_shoutbox> is in the index template.

And have you checked to see if there are settings for these mods?? You may have to turn a setting on first. You seem to think they'll be setup as soon as you activate but not all mods are like that.
