I'd also like to see this working. My forum requires an admin to approve any new users according to a custom profile field, being able to see the custom field in the user list would make it a lot easier, however I see no way of doing it currently. Has anyone been able to since the last bump?
I too really need this ability - the decision whether or not to approve new sign ups depends entirely on the contents of a multi checkbox custom profile field - I need to see what has been ticked at a glance in table view, for potentially hundreds of applicants
Also great would be more advanced searching options that could filter by wild card/partial matches with multi tick box fields
