Ok so idk whats wrong but i chmoded all the requiered files. and than it told me to go to website.com/forums/install and i go there i get sent to this page

nvm man i fixed like the second after posted thread sorry! thanks anyways

I really don't recommend 000webhost, they shut down their servers for long periods of time with no notice, meaning your forums go down too.
