a user was deleted. The posts are still there. The user registered new with the same name, is it possible to move the old posts to the "new" user, so that he is again the owner of those?

I take it the posts are now showing as being posted by 'Guest' or 'Unregistered'?? Do you have guest posting enabled anywhere else on your forum??

guest posting allowed, only in the free area.
I had a User "Name"
user was deleted but not his posts
still shows up as post by "Name" but with no link etc
User has new registered under the same name
but posts are no more linked to "Name" because user is not the same
So any possiblity to move a post to a different user? Maybe i can do it inside the database?

The easiest thing to do is to recreate the user in the users table. You can leave the password fields and things like that blank, just create one with the same UID and Username as the old account.
Then, in the ACP, go Users & Groups and try to merge users. This is probably the easiest option...
