everytime i try to enter the my forums main page i get an error message
saying...

MyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
126 - Incorrect key file for table './bethelai_MyBB/mybb_sessions.MYI'; try to repair it
Query:
DELETE FROM mybb_sessions WHERE ip='98.166.32.93' LIMIT 1
Please contact the MyBB Group for support.


any ideas on how i can fix this problem?

Go into phpMyAdmin and repair the table.

I am not a admin, I am a member of a forum(http://www.bethelairsoft.com) that uses MyBB as its forum software and everytime I try to enter the forums section of the website it gives me the error message

I have contacted the webmaster(personal friend of mine) of the site and he dosnt know how to fix this problem so im here tryng to figure it out
any ideas on how this problem can be solved?
