hello i have charset issues only when i am trying to register, if i make a mistake in the explanation of the mistake, on my language, look here


the strange thing is that the charset is ok in the last line, you can see that it has ščž, but it doesn't in the previous ones.
i checked my language file, it is ok, i don't understand it is on the same page how can it be different ?

and also in the activation emails, charset is all messed up, why is this?

i tried changing the theme to default it is the same.

does anybody has any idea?

is it the database charset?

if so in which table is the forum name stored please can anybody tell me at least that?

i tried changing inc/setting.php, i tried changing collations and charsets of the setting table in the database, i tried changing charset in the header to everything i can think of, and these are the results,




i fixed the charset in the registration interface, all i need to fix now is this email title issue, the text of the email is ok, just the freaking title, it drives me crazy.
