Hi

I want to set up my forum so, that users require at least 1 or more posts to download attachments.

I found group promotion possibility - but his doesn't work (or I don't know how to set it up). Problem is, that when I am making new promotion - no users are moved to new group.

I found that for version 1.2 was special plugin:

But not for 1.4 version.

So how its possible to add this restriction?
