In my PR2 forums (upgraded from RC4) global forum announcements don't work. They don't seem to be stored in the db. After clicking "Add Announcement" it tells me that it's been added, but it won't be anything there to change or delete, neither is an announcement to read anywhere.
Works fine with the ones inside the forums tho.

How are the announcements done on this board? Is this a PR2 feature or a mod? Kinda like 'em...
