I can see Moderation Options and Inline Post Moderation in Admin acc. Why can I not see in Moderation acc?

I want to add/delete, move/copy to other user post with Mod acc. How can I do to see it in Mod acc?

Please help me,

When you made the user a moderator, did you give them permissions, and for the same forum you're trying to use the settings in??
