I made a skin and I'd like to add a small
made by me text to top or bottom of the page. Possible? If yes, how?

Templates >> Modify/Delete >> Expand (on your template) >> Footer (Edit) or Header (Edit)
How do you apply it to only ONE template?
Edit: Just done it, instead of the theme being in the default template set, make a template set for it.
