I have a question on the upgrades, in general. I have made a lot of changes in various templates and CSS. And planning to add a lot of plugins as well. Will that effect future upgrades (including security and major upgrades). Thanks
Depends. If a template needs to be reverted to default as part of an upgrade, custom changes will be lost. I don't think CSS would be effected, though. If a template does need to be reverted for an upgrade, make a note of the changes, revert the template, and you should be able to add them back.
