The theme looks fairly nice but is definitely not sporty....
Also your co.nr domain is going to let you down a lot, i would recommend buying a TLD.

How are you with HTML/CSS? If you know a bit then i would encourage you to make your own unique theme as it will help your chances of success a lot. If you don't know any then it might also be a good opportunity to learn.
It's just that i think a sports forums needs a very personal feel and unique themes help with this.

This one http://mods.mybboard.net/view/ndesign-14 would probably look all right if you put a sporty header in.

If you are interested i can do custom themes for $15 - $20, if you can use photoshop to make a mockup of the design you want than i can bring the cost down a bit.

I would suggest two things before anything! A domain name and then a new host as it's loading extremely slow.

It doesn't load overly slow for me but a domain is a must.
