Is there a way to change or modify (at least add to) the agreement page that the user must agree to prior to setting up and registering an account?

You can edit it by editing whatever language pack you are using (probably English US). You can do this in your ACP.

Unless it was different in 1.2, it'll be member.lang.php

You should also consider upgrading to 1.4.

Its whatever version is currently downloadable. Its only been up for a couple days and still playing around with it.

Oh, so you're using 1.4.4 but posted in the 1.2 forum, helpful... One day we're going to someone how to do something for 1.2 but because they're on 1.4 it'll mess their forum up... not sure how people manage to scroll past the 1.4 forum and then post in the 1.2 forum...
