There are some major bugs in posting code.
Sometimes after posting editing you have to refresh page to see the results.
When you use fast editing and approve changes to post then when you use normal editing old post (before fast edit) is displayed after this edit.
You need to refresh page again.
Hope that you see these bugs too.
If you dont understand me (sorry for making chaos) I can add some details.

Most likely a browser bug. What browser do you use?? I have to refresh the page after using Quick Reply to see some of the postbit buttons in Chrome, no big deal.

It is Opera 9.64. For me its really annoying

I've used Opera before and can't say I've experienced that...
