Hey I posted a thread about this yesterday. and i cant find the answer. the person that is trying to get in cant and we have waited all day and he tryed to get in one time and it is saying wrong password and is locking him out for 14 min.

Indeed you did, I realised I said that just after I logged out, apologies Still, the link had been given, and if that didn't work, maybe they've just forgotten that password...
