If I remove the index.php with another content, it can run successfully.
Are you sure you uploaded all of the files?
What are you files CHMOD to?? Modified your .htaccess??

I've just reupload all files. I chmoded all files and folders to 777, chown all files and folders to correct user and group but no luck, I just wonder is why I can run the setup script successfully but the forum still not found ?
PS. This is a newserver I've just setup.
Maybe it's because it's set to 777, it really doesn't need to be and sometimes if a file/folder is given too many permissions it'll cause problems. Most files only need to be 644.

But I only chmod to 777 after faced with the problem and tried many way to resolve it
So it was 644 to begin with and still happened then?? Now your link is giving a 403 and when I go to
http://bangca.us/admin/ there's a different error. It just looks like the files aren't in the right place or something....
