Matt is talking about your browser cache. in firefox go to Tools>Clear Private Data>Check the box cache> Click ok.

Do you see any javascript errors on the page? Have you uploaded all your files correctly?

Guys he has an error of CHMOD
Try CHMOD 777 cahche folder

it is located in your forum root
