I followed and used the tools to fix my cookies setting but its still getting failed.

My link is > www.subdomain.example.uk.to

the subdomain is the link to my forum

What exactly is the problem? Just saying it has failed does not give us much to go on.

www is itself a subdomain as such. Treat it without and you should be fine:

Domain: .subdomain.example.uk.to

If you post in the cookie thread and make a new thread it's going to be harder to keep track of the status of the issue. Posting in the other thread is enough.
