i like this theme pretty much, but the only problem is the width.

Heres what i have tried
admincp>themes>evolution green> global css> width = 100%

but that doesnt widen the actual forum , so i want those outside dark green colors to be removed and want the forum to be full screened.

Try changing the size of the header in the global css.

You must go into

Theme > Edit > global.css > Advanced Mode
Find Container
Find 'Width' under Container
Edit to 100%

It should then be wide, you then need to edit the banner to fit the width.
If you can't do this, I will do a fluid version for this theme.

Instead of "%" you can also change it to "some thing px"
