I've added Polish language to my forum.
I've set default language: Board Settings->General Configuration->Polski

Still there is no default Polish language... New members, guests and me still see the english language...
Whats the problem?

URL?? Test account?? You sure you uploaded all the languages files properly??

I've copied is as I thought (looked how english files works) and checked in manual and it is correctly.

OK, well, it works when you change it manually so at least we know the language pack is actually installed OK. Is settings.php CHMOD to 666??

For me it just works fine (now) .

Yeah there was problem with CHMODs and settings were not set .
