Just a short question. Is MyBB feature complete, or will we see changes when 1.0 goes final? I'm asking this because I want to start creating themes for my community and rather want to do it right the first time

no i dont think any major changes will be made, if so little updates will promplty patch your version without loosing anything

No major features on the front end were introduced between PR2 and 1.0. There have been slight enhancements to the features and also some changes in the code to support MySQL 5
