I set a user up on my board to be a super moderator.

They told me they can edit and delete other users posts.

I looked in the settings and couldn't find anything about deleting or editing other users posts.

If I make that person a regular moderator, will it take that authority away?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the definiton of a supermod is that they have all permissions in all forums, hence the term 'super'.

If you make them a normal admin, you will need to add them to each forum you want them to have powers in, and you will be able to choose what to give them.

What do you mean by normal admin?
