The first one there isn't dark at all ...
And that second one is certainly dark, but it's pretty grungy and I wouldn't call it professional.

Well it's possible to have dark and professional. But, they'll be more artistic than the just clean and simple professional. As well dark that's simple doesn't look to good.

The postbit looks a bit overcrowded.. imo.
Skin is nice, but the logo seems huge..

Overall, nice site. Just a few things that I don't like, but that's just me.

No. The link to DA above the MyBB Copyright is messed up. It links to http://www.dask.in/www.discussadmin.com and not the DA website.
