I'm really interested in converting my existing phpBB3 forum to myBB so I decided to upload myBB onto my server and test it out but when I go to the url, I receive errors and I haven't even ran the installation yet.

Are you sure you even uploaded all the files? Because PHP's saying that the "inc/init.php" file doesn't exist.
And if I go to
http://advertisingcentral.org/forum/install/, the file "inc/class_core.php" doesn't exist.
So, try reuploading the files.
I can't believe I've totally skipped that folder, lol. Uploading now, will respond back and let you know whats going on.
Anyways, next question.
What would I need to do to covert phpBB3 to myBB and what does it covert? Posts/Threads/Members/Sub forums?
The installation went successfully. Now, would I need to remove my current install then re-upload then covert or how does the covert process go?

Still wondering about what myBB converts. Is it worth converting from phpBB3?
It converts a lot. Users, forums, threads, posts, moderators, permissions (I think), usergroups, and other stuff. I don't think you lose anything major.
