Hello on Board

we do have a strange problem on our forum. Our users can't login with their own names and their passwords. I have asked them to clean up their cookies, to allow the cookies of our forum, I was looking for CHMOD mod settings of /inc/settings.php which stand on 666. Some of our users are well able to login others are not recognized to be registered users. I changed their passwords, gave them new passwords. I myself logged in under the other name of one of our moderators, who isn't able to login too. What do I need to do? I have no problems on my own. But what can I do that our users are able to login too?

One more question please, where do I need to get the member.php to? Because some of our users keep having the problem that a verification code is asked to log in .. we do have the actual version of MyBB.

Upload the file into the folder where your forum is and overwrite the existing member.php.
