I want it so you can select 'Allow users to retract vote' or something in the poll.... like what vbulletin has...

It doesn't change your vote, it just gives you unlimited votes.

There isn't one. We say this a lot, we don't set one so people don't moan if the deadline isn't met. When it's finished, it'll be released, that's all there is to it.
