Although I posted a tutorial about making a Scrolling Announcement in Header in forum
Yet
I encounter another issue,
I want to make a themed box having such layout
[attachment=13399]
Remember that it should have a Marquee effect in the right side box so that the contents scroll to the left direction, and in the left side box this should be themed area...
