I will just ask some few things about backup.

Well here is the steps what ive done..

I backup the system all the tables from admin cp - backup.

I will switch to another hosting then how could i make that backup? i mean how will i post it to my new hosting how will i backup the new hosting.

how could i do that?

hey, I did was simple I restored the sql to the new host, and then converted it, so all posts,forums, settings, users ,etc. were the same however, customization I did it manually again, however I just reuploaded all again.
