Description:
A nice lite blue theme for your forum's Admin CP

Installing:
1. Upload the folder "liteblue" to ./admin/styles/ directory
2. Login to your forum's ACP and click Preferences on the sidebar. Select Liteblue as your Admin Control Panel theme.

How hard is it to modify the Admin CP?

You just have to know CSS really. Not very hard.

Hmm maybe I'll customize mine for my board

It's not that hard, it just isn't as easy as modifying your forums style. (Since you have to manually open the CSS files.. :/)

EDIT: Duh, forgot to mention what I think.

I think this is the best looking ACP Skin I've seen so far.
