Yes I know, but none of them brings a sound to the front end. Alert Bell means, an alarm sound should be heard in the whole site so that members will be alerted so that i can draw their attention!
I would also want ...as soon as I ring the bell from the Admin Panel, All the pages used by the members gets refreshs and the Alarm Sound will be heard by every one!.....All together!

Yes it is silly but it is really usefull!, Universal Alarm Systems are their in the web for long time....I am just asking for a Mod friend!
