I am currently in the process of developing a custom theme for my forums, i will be posting photoshop mock-ups and developments here for you to discuss and give suggestions to. This is what i have so far.

I like this it look's really good but i would change or remove the tcat images forum, threads, post and last post they kinda look weird how they are try making them bold and a bit smaller other then that it looks great look foward to seeing your progress on it.
