Here are my suggestions for making it more professional

Something like: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/

- Less bright colors = more web2.0 header and catbg (gradient blue,black etc)
- Verdana 9px font, web2.0 style buttons
- Lighten borders to blend into background a bit
- Tighten cell spacing to 0-2.
- Tighten up postbit alot (too wide in my opinion) - Also make a horizontal postbit (i prefer this )
- Member name too small/not color in postbit - it doesn't stick out. = Larger + Bold font?
- Get rid of advanced/Designer details in postbit=useless
- Get rid of duplicate member name (table header under avatar)
- Make postbit's table with no background/color/border
