Ryan Gordon wasn't an admin last time I checked, and you can PM Tochjo for username changes, he does them quickly.

If we do that, people will take username changes as a given. We don't promote it, and that's exactly what a sticky thread will do.
Have rules on the time length, i see what ya mean tho :p

If users are allowed to change their usernames at their own leisure. One could be one face now, change their username and sorts and they can become another face then. It'll also become tedious to continue to keep track of whom changed what and when IMO.
Yes, people are currently requesting username changes. However, a sticky thread will encourage and advertise username changes constantly.
