When my users key in the wrong password for a few times..their account will be locked out and ask for a verification code. However the verification code don't appear on the screen. what is the problem with this. Even when i try to unlock the account, it still wouldnt work.

Another problem I have is pm..when i click reply to all. A mysql error will be out.

Secondly check whether you have enable the Email verification turned on for registration completion process

For an sql error, I assumes that it is your server error, Check if they open fsockopen command or not ?

Download the member.php and replace your current member.php.

so is this his member.php file error, ?

It was a MyBB bug. That member.php is the fix.
