Is it possible to change the icons below?

If the image you're changing has the same name and file extension you can just replace the image but if the name or file extension has changed you need to edit it in the index template, and the forumbit_depth2_forum and forumbit_depth2_cat template too.

it is the same name what folder is the images in in my FTP?????

It's just the ./images/ folder, if you replace on.gif, off.gif and offlock.gif with a new image called the same with the same extension the images on the forum will update themselves.
