In my local MyBB forum (installed on my computer)
There is an SQL error and can't continue,
The message says

MyBBMyBB SQL Error
MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error: 
1194 - Table 'mybb_datacache' is marked as crashed and should be repaired 
Query: 
SELECT title,cache FROM mybb_datacache 
Please contact the MyBB Group for support.

What would I do ?

This is quite self explanatory: 'Table 'mybb_datacache' is marked as crashed and should be repaired'

Go into phpMyAdmin and repair that table.

Can you also take a full page printscreen showing the error, save it as a .png, and attach it here, please??

I print the page in words MattR, and no other words are shoing instead of these words

I need the background and everything else, to add it to the Wiki...

Go to PHPMyAdmin, choose the database you put your forums in, find that table, and click repair.
