First, how would you make custom blocks on your portal, and how would i put them on the right of the announcements?

You can add a block with this code:

<tr><td class="thead"><strong>Heading</strong></td></tr>
<td class="tcat"><span class="smalltext"><strong>Sub Heading</strong></span></td>
<tr><td class="trow1">Content</td></tr>

And if you add another column tag to the table you can add it where you like

column tag? explain please.

Sorry, isn't called a column tag but it adds a column... how well do you know HTML tables??

i know nothing at all, lol. but if theres a tutorial or something i bet i could pull it off.

i can edit templates and themes if its in that catagory i probably could.
