Well either i fail at searching or there really is nothing on this forum on how to install plug ins and mods

My board is installed to
www.narobook.com/forum

[wiki]Plugins#Installing_Plugins[/wiki]

There's usually a readme in the plugin/theme package that should explain it...

You upload the plugin to inc/plugins or sometimes you just upload all the files and folders to your forums root then in the ACP you go to Configuration -> Plugins and click activate.

Also do recommend any nice portal plug ins?

If you mean you want a portal MyBB has one built in. Just go to yoursite.com/portal.php, ofcourse replacing the yoursite.com with your actual site.

also where can i go to the options of the plug in (like the trash can forum where you have to put in forum ID)

Trash Can is a plugin. I will find it for you.
