I have a question, how remove a footer language? I mean this

It's a setting in the Server and Optimization settings.

Only Admins can see this though

Admin -> Settings -> Server and Optimization settings -> Anything with debug and NO

Yes, like I said in my post, there's a setting to turn it on/off.
