When i attach file to my board (any file). When I or one of the members tries to download and open it, it says the file is corrupt. MyBB somehow corrupts the attachemnts, and no, we are not uploading corrupt files

Ok, and this happens with all attachments, we have tried different ones.

The type of file that you attached is not allowed. Please remove the attachment or choose a different type.
Your server is sending null files. Is file in your upload/attachments folder?
The main cause that is doing his, your attachements are not going to archive / folder,
Check in Admin CP > Configuration > Settings > Server and Optimization Options > Uploads Path > and check if
./uploads
is writen in the field box
If not add it in the box, the folder is loacated in your forum rot, and it should be CHMOD 777
