There's no converter at the moment.
You can try to convert to phpBB and then to MyBB.
Wow, you're going from a paid copy of IPB 2.x to a free copy of MyBB? If that doesn't say a lot about MyBB, then I don't know what does!
As Michael said, there is currently no converter for IPB to MyBB at the moment, so do try converting IPB to PhpBB and then use the PhpBB to MyBB converter. I know it's a long process, but it should hopefully do the trick.
Make sure to make backups just in case something goes wrong!

Oops, after doing some searching I actually found
this topic, which might be of some interest to you guys.
@Albaraha: I believe that the IPB 1.3 converter works well, but I'm not too sure about the IPB 2.0 one since I haven't used it myself. People seem to be happy with the IPB 2.0 converter (as linked to above). So maybe you guys will want to give that one a shot.
Remember, if you do anything - save some directory and MySQL backups!
