Is it possible to not show a bar if a poll item has no votes ??

Yes it is, I'll have to look into what you'd need to change though.
i just dont want any poll to show the image of the bar when the votes are 0 thats it
The easiest way would simply be to replace the pollbar-s.gif and pollbar-e.gif with 1x1 transparent images. Of course, you will lose the rounded/start/end effect.

That would work, but without the rounded effect, the bars are nothing:p
