I just noticed that Ryan Loos was in a new group. What is this PR Liaison group?

Basically he manages any disagreements, fights, etc.

For the time being I imagine that I will be the only one filling this lovely new group.
Tom has described just a few of my tasks, there will probably be an announcement to outline the changes here relatively soon.
