there is a script opposite of this situation.

i find phpbb -> mybb

is there any vb -> mybb database conversion script like impex but this one for mybb.

or do you think making this ?

yes but some errors might occur i asked for direct convert

I don't think one exists. You have to either make it yourself, or do what michi50 said.
