Hello,
I have had a problem with a forum user having an innnaproperiate animation for his avatar. I have warned them, but I need to dissallow them from being allowed to have an avatar.

Any help?

make a separate user group equilant to registered member group and place this guy in to thiat group,

other wise user avatar option is not available for specific users

is there any mod for this though?

No in settings you can edit only avatar size , dimensions etc, but to allow the avatar option for a specific group you have to dod so only through User Group area of admin CP
